Sign up and use the app immediately — no payment required. Subscribe whenever you're ready to import bank statements: R199 is charged the day you subscribe, and renews on that same date each month, with a 5% increase each year from the date you first subscribed.
A client company an accountant creates directly is a normal company on the standard plan — it bills itself, R199/month, only once it wants to import statements. Nothing is ever added to the accountant's own bill.
Every subscribed company gets R30 of free usage credit each month, resetting automatically on the 1st — used for reading bank statements and suggesting categorization. Need more? Top up any time on the Usage page; a top-up never expires and is only used once your free monthly credit runs out.
One Practice prepares figures and reports for your VAT and income tax returns — it is not affiliated with SARS and does not submit returns or calculate your final tax liability on your behalf.
